Bill Harrop’s “Original” Balloon Safaris is proud to be nominated for the Best of Pretoria Readers’ Choice Awards 2026, a respected, community-driven platform recognising trusted local businesses across Gauteng.

As the longest-established hot air balloon company in South Africa, operating since 1981, this nomination reflects decades of delivering a consistently exceptional hot air balloon experience near Pretoria, Johannesburg, and Hartbeespoort.

Why This Nomination Matters

Firstly, the Best of Pretoria awards are not industry-voted. Instead, they are driven by real customer experiences. Therefore, being nominated reflects the trust and satisfaction of passengers who have enjoyed a sunrise hot air balloon flight over the Magalies River Valley.

Moreover, this recognition reinforces our position as a leading Hartbeespoort hot air balloon activity, ideal for proposals, anniversaries, birthdays, and bucket-list adventures.

Vote for the Best Hot Air Balloon Experience in Pretoria

Voting officially opens on 23 June 2026, and we would greatly appreciate your support.
