Fare refunds on certain packages are offered if a flight is cancelled for safety reasons by Bill Harrop’s “Original” Balloon Safaris.

A short Flight Refund policy is in place.

Free breakfast if the flight is cancelled by us after you have arrived on site.

Text or phone messaging service is available to advise if the flight is cancelled prior to one hour before the meeting time.

If you are not completely happy with any element of the tour as described in any material published by us, and if any of our publicity has not stated clearly what you might have expected, tell us about it, and we will offer you the choice of a proportionate refund or another flight. If we have exceeded your expectations we will not charge you more.

As a SATSA member we are Bonded with third party indemnity, ensuring your financial peace of mind.
